Long story short: I was involved in a horrible accident in another country while on vacation. It was bad. Like really bad, it definitely ruined my trip. It left me feeling very insecure about myself/smile. Pollard Dental not only showed great empathy, they got me in asap and got right to work. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the Poulsbo area: businesses that are more interested in money than helping their patients.My visit today with Pollard Dental was great. These folks were straight forward and focused on my dental needs. They worked as a team to develop a dental plan specifically for me. Everyone was friendly.Finally, they provided my cost estimate sheet. This gave me in detail exactly what I can expect my insurance to cover and how much I may have to pay out of pocket. Dr. Pollard and his team genuinely care about the patient’s best interest and deliver the best care. I grew up going to him and after trying a few other dentists in Southern California after I moved, I decided it was worth the trip back home to continue my care with him. Super friendly, very honest and straight forward, and keeps the most modern technology in his practice. Plus he’s just awesome.
